Scientists discovered the health benefits are from methylglyoxal (MGO), and the MGO number reflects the concentration level.

Our manuka honey is tested for 4 key markers: MGO, DHA (the origin of methylglyoxal), HMF (freshness and rawness), and monofloral pureness.
